Why this replacement kit improves sealing reliability

Over time, brushes harden and the cloth becomes saturated with paper dust, leading to under-moistening (open flaps) or over-moistening (smearing and jams). Replacing these components on schedule restores even fluid transfer, reduces stoppages, and protects moistening units from premature wear. The EU-made construction delivers OEM-level fit and dependable performance in daily production.

Benefits at a glance

• Smoother mail flow with fewer mis-seals and reworks
• Consistent moistening across mixed envelope stocks
• Lower maintenance costs and less downtime
• Fast install; no special tools required

Installation & maintenance tips

Power down the inserter, remove the worn brushes and cloth, then seat the new parts firmly in their holders. After installation, run a short test batch and verify flap wetting across the width. Inspect weekly for fiber wear and paper lint, and plan proactive replacement based on cycle counts or visual checks. For best results, pair this kit with the correct sealing fluid for inserters and follow the manufacturer’s cleaning routine.
